OK I finally got it. I look back from say 10 years in the future maybe less, 5 years, and developers have built Condos across the beach all the way down to the water. A sea wall has been built, like the Malecon in Habana, and the old Faro has become a massive Street Lamp. Brilliant!
Why didn't i see that before ........?
