There is not a lot of mind blowing architecture that stands out on the Riviera Maya, but there is always a 'Black Swan' that unforseeable event which randomly occurs, but always does, just to confound any notion of predictablity in every facit of life. In Puerto Morelos just south of Cancun there is a beach Villa /Condo development that is turning heads. Here are a few pics of the location. I congratulate the architect and the developers in this one.
